The Three Amigos

Narrator:

This was a short story of three barbers friends

that had many different points of view and

Different ways of thinking.

It was Saturday morning, it was clam as usual
at the Barbershop.
Michael was the one who always opened in the
Morning. Then Max comes to his shift, they started talking about what they do during the week, where they went or who they met.

Basically men stuff.

MAX:

I got to tell you something

Michael:

Tell me dude!!!

Max:

I Think I feel in love with this chick.

She is so beautiful.

Michael:

Jajaja! Well to be honest I’m happy for you,

I thought you was never going to find a girl,

Cause your so shy my men.

Max:

Yeah Bro!! I’m going to tell you how it happened;

I was at school, waiting for my food

And then all of the sudden this cute girl

Seats next to me. Oh My God! She was so gorgeous, she look like an angel fallen from the sky, anyways she stared talking to me

And all that.

She asked me why I was looking so sad.

Michael:

So, how did she look? Was she short? Tall?

Max:

Let me tell you.

Michael:

Wait a minute. I need a cut.

Tell me while you cut me the hair.

Max:

Ok.

Well, She was kind of short, black hair,

her eyes were as green as a leave.

Michael:

From what you say I can tell she is really cute.

Max:

Yeah Men! I can’t believe it;

I think she is too cute for me.

Michael:

Jajaja! Don’t say that. I really wish you luck my friend. I hope you guys get to know each other

and finally go out.

Max:

By the way, her name was Jessica.

Michael:

Oh yeah I forgot to ask you.

Narrator:

The day shift is over

So now it’s time for the second one,

Where John,

Another barber comes to the

Barbershop to work.

Max:

Oh! She’s calling me now.

I have to go.

See you later.

Michael:

Good luck! See you.

John:

Hey Max!!

Where you go??

Max:

I have to go now, then I'll tell you

See you!!

John:

See you buddy.

John:

Michael, my dude was up??

Michael:

John…..was good with you??

John:

Men I got to tell you something, I met this girl

At school, she looks so fine, she has black hair,

Green eyes, she looks like those from the magazines, you know

What I’m saying.

Michael:

Another one John, I think this is the fourth

Girl of the month.

John:

Yeah! I know, but this one is different.

She looks like an angel, she’s short, and her green eyes are driving me crazy.

Michael:

So, Where was that you met her?

John:

I told you, at school.

Michael:

Oh my God!!

This can’t be true!!!

John:

What’s wrong with you!!!

What can’t be true??

Michael:

No… nothing….never mind.

I was just thinking out loud.

John:

Well, Michael I have to make  call.

 See you then.

Michael:

See you.

Damn!!!
Is it what I'm thinking?
What Am I going to do, now…

Michael:

John I got to talk to you, but give me a break, I'm going to call Max , he needs to come over.

Narrator :

They all met at the barbershop , now Michael is going to tell them the truth.

Max :

Why did you want me to come over ?

John :

Yeah, why ?

Michael :

Because you guys are in love with the same chick.

Max:

Whatttttt !!! I hate you John , you are a bad friend .

John :

What is wrong with you I didn’t know you was talking to her.

Michael:

You guys don’t understand …. You are in love with the

Same girl; she’s playing both of you

And I can’t take that, because you guys are

Good men, hard workers and you guys are my friend.

John:

This can’t be happening to me.

Max:

Oh! Please John!

Don’t come with that, you are such a bad friend.

I’m pretty sure you knew about it.

John:

Hey! Calm down! I really didn’t know.

Max:

Don’t you ever talk me John.

John:

Hey Michael!! Now, what should I do?

Max doesn’t want to talk me at all.

Michael:

I don’t know, but I’m going to plan

Something so you guys can talk again.

John:

I was calling him a few times, but he

Doesn’t pick up my calls.

Michael:

Yeah! Mines either.

Narrator:

A week passes by, and everything keeps

The same as the last time.

Michael calls Max because he

Hasn’t showed up to work.

Michael:

I’m going to call Max for the last time.

Ring, Ring, Ring,

Max:

What do you want? leave me alone.

Michael:

Dude!!! This girl is not worth it .

Come to the barbershop again and have

A talk with John.

Max:

No!! He knew what was happening.

Michael:

I’m telling you, he really didn’t know,

He is really a good friend.

Max:

Ok…Ok…

I’ll meet you guys there then. Bye!

Michael:

See you in the barbershop, then Max.

Narrator:

They were all there,

They took a seat and had a conversation.

Michael:

Ok. People….

We are here to talk…

Not to fight……all right??

John:
All right.

 Max:
ok

John:

I’m really sorry Max, I swear I did not know

About you and Jessica. She created

All this just to see how we fought for her.

I hope you can forgive me so we can become

Friends again.

Max:

Yeah! I realized, and you guys are right!!

It’s just that I was so crazy for her,

I’m sorry too for treating you like that.

It’s not going to happen again,

I promise.

John:

It’s cool, so we friends again.

Max:

Of course!!!

Michael:

You see how easy is to have a conversation

And discuss our problems.

I Hope we don’t have to fight for

Things that really don’t matter.

Narrator:

Then… everything was solved and they were friends and coworkers again. Then a few months later the same problem happens again, but this time was between John and Michael.

Michael Vs John - Because at the end of the case history is the same but instead with Michael and John.

Max Vs Max - Was very shy and unsafe.

John Vs John - John played a lot with feelings of others.

Theme:

Problems are solved talking to avoid misunderstandings.
